From the moment I walked in, Mike was dealing with multiple customers at once and it doesn't surprise me why hes so busy. He knows how to get the deal done and get you exactly what your looking for. We live in Oklahoma and due to the current shortage of vehicles we had to expand our search outside the state. I found the perfect car at this dealership in Wilmington, DE. I called them and was introduced to Michael Cassidy to help us. I have never bought a vehicle out of state before "sight unseen". From the beginning Michael was very understanding and helpful with our unique situation. I asked if he would take the car for a test drive on my behalf and to give me his opinion. He was very detailed about the car and helped me gain confidence in the purchase. The process was a little rocky dealing with insurance but Mike was patient and did all he could to make sure we got THAT vehicle. This was by far the best experience with a salesman and dealership I have ever had. My number one critique with any business I deal with is communication. This was the best quality of this business.
