Very kind responses and answers from your team. My only negative is this... my wait was just under two hours and the inside waiting area along with the area outside smoking area were gross. The bubble wall is very dirty, the outside area could be cleaned as there was not a cigarette can so most threw their butts on the ground. There was even a rusty razor blade on the sidewalk. I walked to the front of your store to take a phone call, while going to sit in a tan swivel chair, i pulled out 8 black coffee straws that were stuck down the side of the cushion. I made the decision to come to your dealership verses punta gorda. It was an overall good experience but your not getting your monies worth from your cleaning company. More

5 five hour oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic only to be told I had to take my car to another dealership. Buyer beware! Customer service sucks.. they don’t call you back.. they have had my truck for 3 weeks now for warranty repair.. I now don’t have a vehicle to drive.
