Had an amazing experience here at lou fusz. I had two negative experiences at local kia dealerships before dealing with lou fusz. He was informative without being overbearing, kind without being too forward, and knowledgeable about both my car and the process to order. On the day of purchase Crystal made the process smooth and easy to complete. Finally, both Mike and the manager Jake followed up following the purchase to make sure I didn't have any questions.
