Had an amazing experience here at lou fusz. I had two negative experiences at local kia dealerships before dealing with lou fusz. One marked up the price after agreeing to msrp and the other didn't ackno negative experiences at local kia dealerships before dealing with lou fusz. One marked up the price after agreeing to msrp and the other didn't acknowledge me when I walked through the door or on the lot despite being there for 30min. Mike and the team at LF were helpful. He was informative without being overbearing, kind without being too forward, and knowledgeable about both my car and the process to order. On the day of purchase Crystal made the process smooth and easy to complete. Finally, both Mike and the manager Jake followed up following the purchase to make sure I didn't have any questions. I have recommended lou fusz to 3 friends now looking because the process was smoother than I've ever experience before. Thanks for making me a future customer LF! More
