They had my Kia for 3 days to replace a warranted battery. I took it home and within 3 days the battery was dead. I had it towed for the second time and they kept it for 8 days. They claim a dome lig battery. I took it home and within 3 days the battery was dead. I had it towed for the second time and they kept it for 8 days. They claim a dome light drained the new battery. I never touch the dome light. I was going to buy another Kia but have chained my mind. Customer service is non existent there anymore More
