Worked Hard to Make My Purchase Possible I had not wanted to be buying a car this year; but when I had to do it I was told to use Toyota of Cleveland. I was allowed the space to consider my decision on my own terms. I was given great advice and counsel on how to get the most value out of my purchase and not pressured to buy a worse car, or fed a bad deal up front to see if I would take something out of my budget out of desperation or a need to get something done quick. They took the time to get my deal done the right way and in my budget. I also felt that they genuinely cared about taking care of me as a customer. That was greatly appreciated and I have told everyone about my experience. As long as I remain in East Tennesee I will see Toyota of Clevland as my dealer. More

Avalon purchase The best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car! I have been a customer of Toyota of Cleveland since 2004. This is my third vehicle purchas The best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car! I have been a customer of Toyota of Cleveland since 2004. This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. I have always had good customer service and good experiences here. My sales consultant, Paul Caesar, took the customer service experience to the next level! I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle until next summer. My husband had my 2004 Avalon in for service and was "shopping" while waiting on the car. Paul explained all the features and the differences in the models of the Avalon. My husband told him that he was just window shopping and that we would purchase next year. With no pressure, Paul offered to show my husband a demo model that was being offered at an incredible deal. My husband called me to drive to Cleveland (live in Hixson) to see car. As I was unable to do so at the time, Paul brought the car to me in Hixson to test drive! He explained all the features and I was in love! We returned to Cleveland for a seamlessly smooth transaction. Everyone involved at the dealership was extremely helpful and nice. Joey Abdullah, who dealt with the trade in, and Paul Covington who helped us with financing were both personal and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant. Paul's professionalism and knowledge of the car was exceptional . His customer service is outstanding as he is willing to go above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this sales consultant and dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

They moved with speed and gave the impression that they "wanted to do business" but were not pushy or aggressive. They listened to my specific needs and requirements and did all they could to meet those needs. I appreciated that they heard my questions and answered each one to my satisfaction. Each person was kind and helpful. I do not particularly like dealing with car dealers and salespeople - but, they made this experience pleasant and relaxed.
