Mr. Roberts explained in detail the lease program. He then took the time to see what my payment would be per month if I chose to go that way. Working with him I managed to get the car I had been looking at for almost a year. My experience with my car repair and the purchase (lease) was one of the best I have ever had. More

I was allowed the space to consider my decision on my own terms. I was given great advice and counsel on how to get the most value out of my purchase and not pressured to buy a worse car, or fed a bad deal up front to see if I would take something out of my budget out of desperation or a need to get something done quick. They took the time to get my deal done the right way and in my budget. I also felt that they genuinely cared about taking care of me as a customer. That was greatly appreciated and I have told everyone about my experience. As long as I remain in East Tennesee I will see Toyota of Clevland as my dealer. More
