I drove 45 minutes to look at a car and it wouldn't even start when I got there. Then, I found Toyota of Cleveland and I couldn't have been happier with their service. Everyone was very polite, professional, helpful, and knowledge. How refreshing! I LOVE my new car and I'll be referring everyone to Toyota of Cleveland for their next new car from here on out. While waiting on my repairs I spoke with Don Roberts about the 1997 Rave 4 sport that I had been looking at for almost a year. Purchasing it just seemed out of reach for me. Mr. Roberts explained in detail the lease program. He then took the time to see what my payment would be per month if I chose to go that way. Working with him I managed to get the car I had been looking at for almost a year. My experience with my car repair and the purchase (lease) was one of the best I have ever had. More
