We didn’t think we could have a better experience than we experienced previously, but you somehow made it happen. Our expectations of the truck we wanted were way too high for our desired budget. We thought it would take a few weeks or months to find a truck we loved that would fit both categories. Instead, you found which truck we loved and you made it work in our budget. We are eternally grateful. You’ve always treated us like family and this time was no exception. There is no one we will ever trust besides Scott Tophoney and ‘the Mikes’ at Kelly Route 33. You’re trustworthy, honest, caring, and stand behind your vehicles - you have gone above and beyond for our family. Whether someone is looking for a new vehicle, a lease or a used - Scott is the perfect salesman. He doesn’t do high pressure tactics. He gives you the info you’re looking for, has you test drive them and is there to answer any questions. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him and the management team over the last several years. There is hardly any turnover which is great for the customer. They can find most types of used/almost new vehicles if given some time. More

Good day of sale, bad ending Mike Disora, General Manager, The day of sale was pleasant and quick! We were headed up to the Poconos for the night and then first thing next am, to Finger Lakes, NY. We decided The day of sale was pleasant and quick! We were headed up to the Poconos for the night and then first thing next am, to Finger Lakes, NY. We decided to use the Traverse for the trip instead of leaving it parked for the weekend. Sunday am, the check engine light came on and stayed on the whole way back to Phila. The salesman, had directive from the General Manager, Mike Disora on what to say. I was not happy. They want me to bring it back, gas and tolls at my expense. I am a 1 1/2 hrs away, and I can not make it to them by 5pm on any day of the week anyway. My gut tells me it is an easy fix, but they won't allow me to take it to my mechanic and get reimbursed if there is any expense. I tried 3x today to get the general manager on the phone, I believe he avoided me at all cost. I had it scanned today, and it is a p0442 code which should be a simple fix. There are hoping the light just goes off, and I feel they are blowing me off. I do not believe for 1 second the general manager did not have time for me today, not even 5 minutes. As good as the experience was in the beginning, if you have a problem, they will turn that experience right around More

DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a terrible car that broke within 5 months. After about 2-3 weeks of getting this $14,000 car, the battery died. Now mind DO NOT GO HERE! They sold me a terrible car that broke within 5 months. After about 2-3 weeks of getting this $14,000 car, the battery died. Now mind you, I had a 90 day warranty but when I called they said that they couldn't do anything about it because it was used....BUT I HAD A 90 DAY WARRANTY. then my engine broke due to lack of oil, now I know you're supposed to change the oil every 5,000 miles. But I doubt that I drove that much in that amount of time and even if I did....NO LIGHT CAME ON!!!! and when I called AGAIN they said and I quote "What do you want us to do about it?" LIKE FIX MY CAR THAT I BAUGHT FROM YOU 5 MONTHS AGO! And no one ever called me back. Now I have to put in another $5400 to get the engine fixed.I REPEAT! DO NOT GO HERE! They just want their commission, they will tell you anything and then when your car breaks they dont do anything about it. DO NOT GO HERE! fast forward a few weeks and they told me to come in to see what all they could do. $3,000 was all they were willing to do for a trade in. FOR A 14,000 CAR! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE CALLING A LAWYER! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! More
