They employee service technicians who can not fix things. They will break things and rig them with gunk and you never know until you go somewhere else to have the same problem fixed. If you want to leave your car there for extended periods of time for the same issue, then this is your place. I would not recommend them!!! Recall service I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and wa I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I could come in the next day! I made the appointment for early afternoon and ended up at the dealer a half hour early and they still took me in. Service was completed in a timely manner at no charge and I was on my way. The Service Department is outstanding! This is one of the many reasons that I returned to Flood Mazda for my second CX-5.! More

Deciding on my replacement for my 2016 CX-5. I spent the last few months deciding whether or not to replace my 2016 Mazda CX-5. After deciding to look for another vehicle the next choice was WHAT I spent the last few months deciding whether or not to replace my 2016 Mazda CX-5. After deciding to look for another vehicle the next choice was WHAT VEHICLE DO I WANT!! As I researched other vehicles the Mazda CX-5 was always at or near the top of the ratings but I looked elsewhere anyway. After test driving several alternatives I found as I drove home that my 2016 CX-5 ran as good or better than the new vehicles I tested even though I had over 70K miles on my car. The decision of what vehicle to purchase became clear so I returned to Flood Mazda where I had purchased and continued to service my vehicle. The Sales and Service Department is staffed by great people. I had previously met Jason and Phil in the building and saw them throughout the years as I returned for service. We sat down and after a few days of discussion I received a fair price on the vehicle and a very generous trade in for my 2016 Mazda CX-5. I know it's a long review but I found a fair price for a great car from a great dealer! Definitely worth a visit when car shopping. I have no relationship with anyone at Flood Mazda. Just an experienced car buyer that knows how to appreciate a good car dealer. More

I would definitely recommend them to others, and will continue to work with them in the future! We absolutely love the new cx-5. It has far exceeded our expectations. It is a great value for the money. It was initially the safety features and safety ratings that drew us to check out this suv. Once we saw the newly redesigned model in person and test drove it, we made the decision that night. The new cx-5 looks and feels like a more expensive vehicle. It seems to be in a class on it's own.
