Took truck in for trans service, but instead they changed oil . Told service writer three times to bill to Bobby Hightower 505 Summercreek Rd Blanchard OK. Instead he billed to Ryan Hightower, Moore OK oil . Told service writer three times to bill to Bobby Hightower 505 Summercreek Rd Blanchard OK. Instead he billed to Ryan Hightower, Moore OK. Took Acadia in for tire rotation on 6/2/22. Grease was all over the panel, floor mat and console. Service writer did his best to clean it up that day. All four tires were below 32 PSI. Tire pressure was not set. Took Acadia in 2/23/23 for recall on rear review camera coax cables. When we got home there was grease on headliner! We have purchased multiple new vehicles from Ferguson's over the last 40 years. This is the third unpleasant service visit. More
