Went in for a service check. Left with a new car. I originally went in to see what needed done on my old Subaru Legacy. Turned out to need a lot more than I'd anticipated. The tech who serviced it suggested looking into getting a newer car and showed me the refurbished used cars Subaru had for sale. I picked the one I liked and the Tech introduced me to Mike, who let me try out the car, and then helped get the paperwork sorted, signed, and filed in as seamless a manner as possible. I've never bought a car before and he made it painless. In the end I was able to drive my new, significantly better, car home that same evening. Thank you very mucy ^.^ More
