We saw that a new 2019 Outback was marked down with in our budget and we had to check it out. We walked into the dealership not sure if we would walk away the the Outback we wanted. Nice dealership The dealership is very nice, coffee machine, doughnuts etc. The facility is clean and neat andthe staff are all very friendly and helpful. Mike was great at working out the detail I was pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience today. I traded in my Jetta for a beautiful Impreza. Mike was great at working out the details of a seamless trade in without my Jetta onsite. He was very attentive, personable and never made me feel pressured. Louie patiently walked me through all the financials and was very straightforward with my options. I am so relieved I was wrong about what I thought car buying was all about.
