From the moment we walked in and test drove with sales rep Mike Henry and then returned twice on his day off, who referred us to his partner, Joe Micoletti , who was knowledgeable and generous with his time and very patient and with our exhaustive research and questions, to the finance department and paperwork, the experience was low stress and comfortable. Negotiated price and then felt taken The part I hated the most out of his experience is negotiating the price I want to pay out the door and then Mike and Louie trying to sell me more thi The part I hated the most out of his experience is negotiating the price I want to pay out the door and then Mike and Louie trying to sell me more things (some of them purely meant as more profit for the lavish dealership). It feels insulting when someone just keeps on trying to go deeper into your pockets with “oh by the way, there’s one more thing to discuss”. Discuss EVERYTHING up front. Show me all the Subaru extra features, show me the extended warranty, show me the alarm system, show me the paint protection. Show these ALL up front when we talk the final cost that I want to pay. Don’t insult my intelligence and abuse my trust. I don’t like being ridiculed and feeling like I’m just another sucker taken for a ride from a stealership. Lastly, I didn’t finance or get a loan for this purchase. I felt like that may have been hard to grasp for the finance folks. Don’t judge a book by its cover. More

Every time I asked to have something explained, it was explained to me in detail. They met my needs and didn't push hard when we disagreed. I felt well taken care of and felt they were open and honest through the whole process. The sales and finance personnel I spoke with were very helpful and not pushy at all. I got the car I wanted at a good price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and would definitely go back next time I need another vehicle. More
