I have never had such a great experience buying a car! I went to Phillips inquiring about a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee I saw online and met with Niko. He made me feel so comfortable and not at all pressured to went to Phillips inquiring about a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee I saw online and met with Niko. He made me feel so comfortable and not at all pressured to buy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicle and honest about what was there and what wasn’t based on what I was looking for. He took out the time to explain all of the features to me one by one which I have never had a car dealership do in such detail. He also explained and made me feel comfortable with the whole car buying/trade in process so that I could compare pricing with other dealerships. The Customer service provided was excellent. I feel confident in my purchase and the price was better than all others I found!! This is a great dealership with great people! I would recommend this dealership and Niko in particular to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
