Website was very informative and had videos of the autos for sale. Liked video of owner and slogan "If your name is on the door you gotta do more". So I made hour and a half drive to dealership. My wife and I were extremely happy with the service we received from Gary Trabel and the rest of the team. Gary was very knowledgeable about the truck we purchased and showed us everything we needed to know about our new truck. He Also made the experience very enjoyable and fun. Not the typical salesman. This is the type of place that you feel good about making a large purchase. Will drive the hour and a half to do business with these guys from now on. More

Mike Hirlinger answered the phone that morning, and from this first conversation, I knew I was going to the right dealership. Mike was super friendly on the phone and you could hear in his voice how pleasant he was. I told him what I was looking for and at what time I would be by that day to look at the Tahoe. He had it right out front waiting for me and it was spotless. He is very knowledgeable about his cars and went into so much detail about all the great features on the vehicle. He made the process so easy and no pressure at all. I have never had that kind of experience before when purchasing a vehicle. He truly gave me a great deal on a brand new Tahoe, and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I talk to! Will definitely be back! More

Despite them not having the truck I wanted on the lot Gary was able to overnight in exactly what I wanted. Total time from walking into the dealership to driving off the lot in my new car was less than 24 hours. Amazing!!!! Gary didn't want to nickel and dime me over the price, in fact his first offer was better than I was expecting, I was so stunned I didn't even know what to counteroffer. Gary may not have succeeded with restoring my faith in all car salesmen but he did earn my trust in the folks over at Hirlinger Chevrolet. No Pressure, Honest, and above all just wants a HAPPY customer. More
