My wife and I had to wait almost 3 hours, and then I went to follow up with the service rep and he wasn’t anywhere to find him. My keys were already in his desk. Dear Toyota Tampa Bay Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my recent experience with your team for the airbag recall service on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service out regarding my recent experience with your team for the airbag recall service on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service provided and would like to bring several issues to your attention. Firstly, when I received my car back after the recall service, the interior was extremely dirty, with visible black stains likely from technician handling. Additionally, there was damage to the interior cover. I returned to have this addressed, and while the cover was repaired, I had to personally clean the vehicle to remove the black stains left by the technician. Furthermore, another part in the interior was broken during the service. I was assured that this part would be ordered and replaced, but I have not received any updates, and it has yet to be addressed. Despite this, I continue to receive emails stating that my service is completed, which is both confusing and frustrating as these issues are still unresolved. More

Service was excellent. Austin Carr is great to work with. The only suggestion for improvement is to remove the salesman (red shirt) who was promoting vehicle assessment for Austin Carr is great to work with. He became aggressively annoying even after being told "no, not interested". Thanks to the understanding and professionalism of others, tension was deescalated. Terrence More
