I searched dealer inventory from Redding, CA all the way to Valencia, CA and east as far as Reno, NV. I live in the SF Bay Area, just for reference. Finally, I stumbled on a deal from another dealer. Talked to every dealer to see if they can beat it and ding-ding, Elk Grove Subaru comes and saves the day. I interfaced with Mike Carlson over the internet. We exchanged expectations and sure enough, I was on my way to Elk Grove Subaru. I was greeted by Bruce Cunningham, swell gentleman. We talked over what the deal was between Mike and I, test drove the car, signed some paperwork with Mike Lagandaon and I was off! Bruce even helped me return the rental car I took to get to the dealership. Overall, very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever. If you want the best price put forth by the best people, look at Elk Grove Subaru. These guys will take care of you, no hassle at all. More

I knew from the initial introduction that this was going to be a pleasurable experience. After explaining what we were looking for, David explained that the Forestor is probably not what we were looking for and recommended the Outback. I then gave David a printout from the Subaru web page showing exactly what we were looking for and the options that we wanted. He showed us the exact Outback that we wanted. He was extremely good at explaining all of the features of the Outback and it was very clear that he knows the vehicle well and is passionate about he job. He explained all of the paperwork well and made sure that we understood everything we were signing. Mike Lagandaon was also a true professional. He took the time to explain everything to us including the extended warranty programs available. As we signed the documents he made sure to explain everything to us. Both David and Mike are true professionals and excel at what they do. They are a true credit to Elk Grove Subaru and we will recommend your dealership to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. More

Got a brand new car for about the same payment! This was my second time working with Lasher Subaru. The first was in August 2012 when, after filing bankruptcy, no one would give me a car loan! Zach Hall and the special financing department worked to get me a 2013 Forester with a payment I could handle. And the process was the most simple car buying experience I could ever ask for- virtually no pressure. After rebuilding my credit, I was looking to get a lower interest rate and possibly trade in for a more upgraded model. Working with Mike Carlson, I was able to trade in my 2013 base model for a 2015 upgraded model for almost the same price and a dramatically lower interest rate. And again- easiest car buying experience ever. I don't think I'll ever buy a car anywhere else!! More

Awesome Customer Service Just purchased a Subaru 2015 Legacy. I worked online with Gavin McPoil and after several emails later due to my part, we finally made it in to take a Just purchased a Subaru 2015 Legacy. I worked online with Gavin McPoil and after several emails later due to my part, we finally made it in to take a test in the Legacy and Outback. Gavin was great after just learning we had switched are minds overnight from a Forester to either a Legacy or Outback and it was no hassle for him. Gavin got both vehicles for us to test drive and there was no pressure towards either one and we are totally happy with the Legacy. Everyone made us feel comfortable as we waited to sign the papers and the facility was very warm and welcoming. Since we were trading in our 2001 Outback and it felt like a family member leaving that they took very good care of it and everyone was impressed on how well maintained the car was in which made it easy to depart with but still sad to leave it behind. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Subaru. More
