After discussing the car's features, I filled out the simple online approval form. Shortly thereafter, I was notified that everything came through and I got a very competitive rate as well. After showing me the car and answering all of my questions, and showing me how everything worked, I noticed that my online car print out said I had navigation (something that the car didn't actually have). I was super bummed about it but overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating although they didn't do anything about the missing navigation. More

My 2014 Subaru Outback saved me from death and serious injury. All the airbags deployed and the built in safety mechanisms did their job. My Outback was totaled and yesterday as soon as the insurance check cleared the bank I was back at the Lasher Auto dealership purchasing a new Subaru. I trust this car and know what it can do to protect a person in a serious accident. My experience buying a Subaru Forester was a smooth, non hassle transaction thanks to salesman David Melo. All the options were explained carefully in a kind,knowledgeable and professional manner. Finance Manager Mike Langandaon was kind enough to extend the unused portion of the previous car's maintenance program to the new purchase while offering us a great deal and not inflating the price. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and most of all drove away feeling safe and protected in my new Subaru. More

Simply awesome Pam is hands down the best car salesperson that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I called her on Sunday and between several back and for Pam is hands down the best car salesperson that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I called her on Sunday and between several back and forth phone calls, her and I were able to come to a perfect agreement for a purchase of a 2015 Subaru Forester. I met her the following day (Monday) around 7pm and she had me out the door with my brand new car in less than two hours. Pam went out of her way to show me every detail of my new Subaru including helping me to set up my blue tooth with my phone. I also have to give excellent kudos to Mike in finance who is the best guy you could ever hope to sit across a desk from and sign papers with ... completely professional, funny, down to earth and, simply put, a real caring and genuine individual. I had already test driven the 2015 Outback. I loved it . But Alan really knew the car and explained the features so well. I felt like he was more of friend who had something great to share with me instead of dealer trying to manipulate me. Dave Deleon worked really hard for to give me a great deal. I was able make the trade with no hassle. I was able to buy 2015 outback, which the coolest car ever. I got my dream car finally!!! Financing was also super easy. Great experience. More
