Good things come to those who wait. It had been over 15 years since I had bought a new car and I wasn't looking forward to all that comes with it. My experience at Elk Grove Subaru was It had been over 15 years since I had bought a new car and I wasn't looking forward to all that comes with it. My experience at Elk Grove Subaru was very pleasing. The staff is very friendly and they don't attack you as soon as you get out of your car. They give you your space and give you time to look around. I knew what car I wanted, Legacy, with what interior, and Gavin McPoil had it delivered there the next day. Any questions or concerns I had were all answered. While I was waiting for the finance guy, Gavin suggested I go for another test drive because I was quite sure about the steering. I had never driven an all-wheel drive car. I appreciated the finance guy, Michael Lagandaon, staying late for me, but overall my appointment was way too long. I have never been treated so good as I was that day, but that day was so long. I understand they have a new system they are working with and are still being trained on. I will definitely refer all family and friends to this dealership. More

We received a great online quote from Dickson Yip and made the drive to Elk Grove Subaru - glad we did. They were able to locate the perfect Forester and send it to the dealership, and gave us a good price without a lot of negotiations. Service was friendly and fast. Working with Gavin was a great expierence. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. Working with Mike became confusing. I did not need a service package for a 36 mos lease so I be knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. Working with Mike became confusing. Best experience I've ever had buying a new car. Carl was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and shared useful information. Mike was great to work with in F was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and shared useful information. Mike was great to work with in Finance. He had a great attitude and was very efficient. No one at the dealership harassed me at any time during the process. No hard selling tactics at all.
