They spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully. They didn't offer solutions to many of my car's problems. With their nonchalant attitude, they haven't even fixed my car for a few weeks. I will report them to the government agency as soon as possible. And I'm going to send a complaint to the BBB. I don't recommend anyone to buy lincoln cars after their lincoln service experience. I'm not the only one having these problems. Many Lincoln owners suffer from these problems in my friends, and certainly no one recommends the Highland Park Lincoln service More
