He had to be restrained by another salesperson after he called me a LOWLIFE and i thought he was going to assault me !! My street smarts told me he was about to charge at me !! i actually thought he was going to punch me !! Sonny is the reason why my family will be buying our new Santa Fe from another dealer FYI the GM seemed indifferent and disconcerted. maybe that’s his normal personality? More
