After going to many dealerships only to find them not having cars, couldn’t find keys to show cars or not knowing anything about the cars they had I wanted to give up. My husband suggested we try one more, South Bay Hyundai and WOW! What a difference this dealership made. Ahmed Omar is fantastic! He was friendly, professional and more importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE! He knew every bit of the car we were interested in. He was the only reason I bought a car. The dealership overall is stellar compared to others we visited. Jim was great too. The process of working with Omar via text during the week before going in to pick up was so easy. The way your dealership prepares the car and how quick the paperwork process is, again stellar.
