Mike Major was my Service Advisor. He was a total pleasure to work with. He texted me when our car was finished. When I picked our car up it had been washed. This is an extremely busy dealership, that doesn't stop them from offering awesome service. I came to dealership with starter problems (still unresolved), the service manager Mike immediately stepped in to them from offering awesome service. I came to dealership with starter problems (still unresolved), the service manager Mike immediately stepped in to help. The car was dropped off and Mike and his team attempted to find the problem. Even though it hasn't been discovered yet, Mike and his great service crew went the extra mile in attempting to locate the origin. This dealership believes in keeping their customers happy, everyone from the service department and dealership is there to help! So even though the problem hasn't been identified yet, I know when I return in July they'll do their best to solve this problem. Thank you for not giving up and for your great help! Keep up the good work, you're so very appreciated! More

The salesman who assisted me and ultimately sold me the car could not make any decisions without consulting his manager. I do not like working with middlemen and found this to be time consuming and irritat car could not make any decisions without consulting his manager. I do not like working with middlemen and found this to be time consuming and irritating. I would have preferred to work directly with his manager. The service center is terribly behind on work orders and I could not schedule a routine oil change less than 6 weeks out, which is unacceptable. More
