After confirming my appointment and valet pickup and drop
off times, you failed to adhere to the scheduled times. When calling, it was nearly impossible to get a human who was able to assist me. This is the

This is the worst service department I’ve dealt with in 32 years. To add insult to injury, no one from service apologized or followed up about the poor customer service. As a matter of fact, they stopped replying to the text messages that were started by your service department.
