When we arrived from Galesburg the salesman was not working and the vehicle was not ready. However the salesman that stepped in to help us was awesome! Our compliments to Derek Hoover! He took interest in us right away and did everything he could to see that we left Happy and with the vehicle that we came to see. Mike Murphy himself even came out and shook our hands and introduced himself. All we can say is that this is a dealership that we would recommend to anyone! Exceptional experience This was a very easy and painless car shopping experience. It was our first time at this dealership and it was very positive from start to finish. F This was a very easy and painless car shopping experience. It was our first time at this dealership and it was very positive from start to finish. First, we found several well-priced vehicles online (we were looking for minivans). We went to a couple other places too, with not necessarily an intent to buy that day, but not opposed to it if it worked out. We met Paul Ekstam when we went in, and he was a super nice, low-key salesman. He test drove the minivan we liked with us, and then priced out our trade in so we could see what an "out the door" price would look like. We knew exactly what the price would be, and then he worked with our bank (USAA) to get the loan and payment on the spot. Paul was very kind and went the extra distance for us, even helping us to move items to the new car, and struggling for quite some time with rusted, stripped screws in order to switch our plates. This was long after the sale was complete, but he wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied. Even Mike Murphy showed up twice and introduced himself and welcome us to the store and just chatted. Very friendly environment, fair priced vehicles, no hassle - exactly what you'd want in a car shopping experience. More
