Made appointment for my 150 to get the tailgate recall fixed!! Had them make sure they had the parts. Appointment was fine & job was suppose to take approx 2hrs. After about 1&1/2 hrs went out to the lo fixed!! Had them make sure they had the parts. Appointment was fine & job was suppose to take approx 2hrs. After about 1&1/2 hrs went out to the lot & noticed my truck sitting outside. Evidently they had the wrong part & had to get it from another dealership. Mike was helpful in finding out what happened however it was frustrating !! More

Walker Ford is our go to for both our vehicles and we have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I w have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I was told, sorry but our work warranty is 1 year. Put yourself in the consumers place...really! It is hard to swallow that the exact same repair was needed again in just over a year for something Walker service was suppose to have fixed. So, what am I to do? Am I to assume every 14 months or so this same thing will break...hummm. Staff is always a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional. It just seems something is wrong here. More
