Total Customer Experience Experts I have been purchasing vehicles for 25 years and Westlake BMW is "the best" automotive purchasing experience I have ever had. Attention to detail, dil I have been purchasing vehicles for 25 years and Westlake BMW is "the best" automotive purchasing experience I have ever had. Attention to detail, diligence, professionalism, cordial and a desire to please. Putrri was "excellent" in her effort sales support order date to cargo ship location to arrival at the delivery and all points in between she made my experience exceptional. Mike made the finance the easiest and fastest part of the vehicle delivery with his professionalism. Nate was there to send me off onto the highway knowledgeable ,capable and road ready. I will be back. I can't say enough good things about the Staff at BMW Westlake, I fully expect them to be "the best" BMW Dealership in North America "very soon" It would be unwise to purchase your BMW "anywhere else" in the nation. More

John Caruso helped us with selecting a new X3 and the online build a car feature. He was key in helping us determine which features were really necessary and needed in the car for our lifestyles. John has sold several cars to us and we will keep going back to him because of his knowledge about the vehicles and the excellent service he provides to us. Mike Niedzwiecki was helpful in the purchase process and had all of our paperwork ready to go, so the signing process was quick. He suggested Xzilon Green. We are extremely happy with the results using this product. Jim Strunk as always was helpful in servicing the new X3 when the Xzilon Green was applied. He is always timely and puts the customer first when any of our cars need service. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this new car and the service that we have received for years from the Ganley BMW group and now BMW of Westlake. More

I Love Westlake BMW - Thank you Dirk for my new X4! From the moment I walked in 3 months ago, I was treated with respect, kindness and helpfulness. Dirk and Dan helped me find my new car - the X4. From the moment I walked in 3 months ago, I was treated with respect, kindness and helpfulness. Dirk and Dan helped me find my new car - the X4. I'm a new BMW driver - and I had no knowledge of the BMW product line. I spent some time in their new showroom (seriously - it's amazing people) and Dirk and Dan helped me find the X4. I fell in love the moment I drove it. I had been comparing against the range over evoque and the lexus NX - and it blew it out of the water. Best yet - Dirk was amazing. He helped me so kindly and perfectly through the process - he and Dan even mocked up my car on a screen in the office and I was able to preview it in real time 3d. Amazing. Mike in their finance department helped me set everything straight - he was thorough and easy to work with. Even at the end their customer service manager (super kind and friendly guy - i forget his name though) came out and was so kind and encouraging. The entire process was amazing - they even have a special bay where you preview and see your new car for the first time. Seriously - this dealership does it right. I'm incredibly picky - I own my own business, and expect SO much from my staff here. I have HIGH customer service expectations - very high - because I expect that for MY clients. I was treated so well here. I'll go back again and again. More
