That is how I would summarize my experience in one word. On a whim my Wife and I stopped by BMW of Westlake looking for a very specific car: 2015 435I Xdrive all black. Howard Schneider met us shortly after we entered with a big smile and asked us how he can help. We mentioned this specific car and immediately Howard offered us a seat, coffee, and his ear. After describing what we wanted Howard combed the country for exactly the car we wanted and found it literally on the docks un touched and ready to be delivered within 2 days. Devine intervention? Perhaps. Awesome customer service and passion for BMW? You betcha! Oh by the way, this was Howards day off and he was there to help us. Once the car arrived Howard spent hours going over every facet of this beautiful machine. Most sales folks are interested in getting you in the car and out the door as soon as possible but not Howard. He LOVES BMWs and knows everything about them. I was literally floored by his knowledge, passion for BMW, and patience with my rookie questions. I left BMW not only with a gorgeous amazing machine, but also with a ton of new knowledge all thanks to Howard. Nice amenities for customers and all staff was very kind and considerate. We have bought one car for my family previously, but this is my first time buying a BMW. We came back to work with Ken Delk because of our previous excellent experience buying the M3. Ken and all the rest of the staff we dealt with during the whole buying process were amazing. They really take the time, care and consideration of each individual during the whole process. I like that they treat you with respect and kindness when trying to search for the car and options one is looking for. They worked hard with us to get our payments where we needed/wanted them to be and worked hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I appreciate that. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about all the staff we worked with at BMW Westlake. It was an overall excellent experience!
