I dearly love the X5 that I just purchased and I must say that the quality of the car is only surpassed by the quality of the people that I worked with over the last two days; Frank Steffen and Dirk Steffen treated me like a family member. Dirk helped me build the car that I wanted and his amazing knowledge of everything BMW made it a seamless process. Dirk is an excellent teacher and explained everything in a way that anyone can easily understand.... and there is a lot to learn about BMW's! I will return to him for my next one, and the next one and the one after that! Once Dirk had helped me build the perfect car, Frank worked with me on the price of my new, beautiful chariot; offering a very fair price for this wonderful automobile. Then I was on to Mike Niedzwiecki in Finance; he also explained everything as clearly as did Dirk and Frank.
