Luis Martinez was no pressure, fun like an old friend, informative, flexible, made us feel like he cared and made my mom very comfortable (which isn't easy). While we were finishing my mom's transaction, he checked out my rotten loan on my car (from another dealer) and made me an offer I could not refuse. A couple days later I came back to get my new car from Luis. To top it off, he had a sandwich and drink waiting for me knowing that I had a very long weekend on the road. Ventura Toyota has all around excellent customer service and Luis is the personification of it. Rock on Mr. Marrrrrrrrrrrtinez! (All the personnel we dealt with were fantastic.) More
