The Finsnce dept still has some problems, they don't offer a selection of extended warranty, only hsve one. The service dept has been changed completely. Service is far better now than some years ago,but even then it was good now its exceptional. They now have valet who take your car when you arrive,thus not having you with your readers hanging out onto main road way. No more automated tele system ,live person answers phones & directs to what dept you need. All I. All vast updates have been made. What was Great us now even Greater. Have sent a number of family & friends to them over the years & will continue to do so. More

This is my 7th deal with Salerno Duane and by far the easiest transaction I have ever had. I leased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 3.0L Turbo Diesel High Altitude 4x4 and couldn’t be happier. Alex the finance manager got me going signing all the papers, which took about an hour and before you knew it I was on my way! Protip: Know your numbers before you walk in. That way Salerno Duane can tailor the deal to your specific needs. Know the difference between national incentives and local ones. This will make your time at the dealership less tedious and more productive. Thanks again to Francisco, Alex, and the rest of the Salerno Duane crew. I am definitely a satisfied customer. More

You will get a my detailed review in due time, I have contacted Pissed Consumer, the Better Business Bureau and also MOPAR corporate line. What most of you did and treated this BROWN guy was horrible and contacted Pissed Consumer, the Better Business Bureau and also MOPAR corporate line. What most of you did and treated this BROWN guy was horrible and very unprofessional, starting with the front rep Kaitlin ( whom when I was ready to pay shuffles herself to the back with my invoice at hand as to which I heard her say “ is he gonna be able to afford it?!” And a reply “we will see” - to the front lead / manager and ending with the sitting duck partner to whom I have left a message to which this associate has ignored. You do not represent MOPAR nor the Jeep Brand and it’s professional legacy in any way at all. If you want to continue this thread , please acknowledge your unprofessionalism and if you have family working there than I can see how quality has affected it because of nepotism. Also, it would be nice if you train your reps to make sure they notate when a customer calls specially when I am bringing $$$ 700 dollars to your hands with service and parts request. I called in regards to this over a month and instead I got utter disarray of professionalism or lack of. In conclusion: when a customer asks for a discount because YOU dropped the ball, please don’t ignore and pass it on. Sincerely Mr. Lopez. More

From Mike S down, this team looks to get a deal done for its customers. I had a tough trade and they worked hard to get me the most value they could.
