Jorge Cornet was very nice and extremely professional and explained the various options in the 2019 Ecosport of whatever I wasn't familiar with. Mike Sabeur, Manager was 30 minutes late in meeting me for our explained the various options in the 2019 Ecosport of whatever I wasn't familiar with. Mike Sabeur, Manager was 30 minutes late in meeting me for our appointment that was scheduled at 1:30 p.m.. I actually was thinking of leaving the dealership when he didn't show up by 1:45 p.m. but I chose to wait a little while longer. Chin Poon, in financial services was very nice as well however I couldn't help but feel he was pushing me into coverage giving me different scenarios of how I might regret not getting it that I felt was not necessary and I was not happy with the relentless pressure to buy more coverage. I felt it was a waste of over 30 minutes of my time due to the fact that he saw that I really wasn't interested. I should have ended this portion of the transaction as soon as I realized he was trying to make me buy more coverage. That was my fault. When people aren't interested in pursuing more mechanical coverage that should be the end of it. A Finance person should not keep trying to pursue a transaction when it's obvious the customer does not want it. More

Terrible Service and management , one shall never step into that Dana dealer, sold me a car worth 100k took no responsibility of 16 issues ,some minor ones were fixed like missing cup holder and broken se into that Dana dealer, sold me a car worth 100k took no responsibility of 16 issues ,some minor ones were fixed like missing cup holder and broken seat back pockets after 3 weeks waiting at the service , Still no key code , cause they said they can’t find the code ! No floor mats , they threw me some very old ones after waiting a month , I was expecting a brand new ones , when they told me they ordered new ones , even though complained about transmission failure, they ignored it saying couldn’t duplicate the problem , a week later it stopped working L suv , it’s been in services hasn’t come out yet cause there is no transmission available , it was a defective car sold under CPO on top of everything, from the beginning to end they lied about everything, still paying for it but not able to drive , it’s a fraud to sell cars in that conditions with almost 20 issues and transmission failure under CPO certified pre owned vehicle, but lincoln seems to take no action to investigate the fraud , found out the engine was replaced too later on , rear door was painted heavily damaged , on 26.000 Mile car , interior leather seats were broken , heavily hit from rear and right rear door , no one mentioned those, when they sold the car , they tried to kick me out of the dealer ship , the general manager was bully to get me out of there , service manager acted like he knew nothing about the cars problem , he took notes never called back . Sales lady MARRY was the worst support after all, saying “ didn’t you checked the car when you bought it “, it’s a total scam over there don’t ever consider going there for any reason , My car looks like salvaged car sold with CPO with pride by Lincoln , it’s a shame ! More

Everyone in the dealership is very nice and professional. That being said, I felt it took a tremendous amount of effort and bargaining to ultimately get the deal I was satisfied with. Once the transaction was over, he took his time in explaining all the mechanisms in the car. As a senior citizen the large screen was a little bit daunting but Ryan was very patient in explaining same. More
