I went into Preston Chevy this morning after several months of scouring dealership websites, comparing normal variables (options, price, distance, etc). Their pricing was on point, their selection was solid (I planned to look at four different used vehicles there during this visit), and their staff was professional and courteous, without feeling like it was forced. Without planning to purchase this visit, I ended up buying the first vehicle I drove without looking at the others, and the experience was smooth. The salesman, JJ Moore, was friendly and gave no pressure towards buying the vehicle. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to get the right vehicle and was in no hurry to do business. The pricing offered on my trade in was fair and direct, without a need to haggle or fight for a value that was right for us both. While my paperwork was in processing, he filled the fuel tank and had it washed and cleaned, which it was already pristine, and swapped license plate of my trade in. Overall, the experience had all the benefits and resources of giant dealerships with the staff and feel of a local family owned business. They’ve earned a customer for life with me. More

This dealer has great employees that show they really care about their customers. I needed to downsize vehicles. I had gotten a large vehicle because my husband could no longer get in my car. He has sinc care about their customers. I needed to downsize vehicles. I had gotten a large vehicle because my husband could no longer get in my car. He has since passed away and since I am short I needed a smaller vehicle I could take care of. Between Bill Hale, who I have dealt with before and the finance man they got me in a new vehicle.
