I just purchased a 2018 Silverado from the Preston Superstore in Burton and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. My sales manager/product expert was Brian Lightner, and when I first met him I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and he immediately went to work locating not one, but three trucks that met my requirements. No other dealership in the area that I had previously visited was able to do this. I also met with Finance Manager Michael Schmida to complete some final paperwork and he was also a super professional. The bottom line is that I was able to get the truck that I wanted at the price that I negotiated. Brian was knowledgable, friendly and assured me that when it comes to my vehicle, he will take care of my future needs or concerns. The Preston organization has obviously worked hard at providing not just a quality product, but quality service. To me, they both go hand in hand, and they have definitely gained my trust and business. Thank you Brian. More
