Used car nightmare Found a vehicle i liked on cargurus, came in for a ride salesman was nice. Ended up haggling a little and getting a price i found reasonable. Asked a about a few know issues the model has, and was assured it wasn't an issue with this car. Turns out the exact thing i asked about was and issue. Ended up bringing it back, and was charged a deductible to fix it, after over a week in the shop, they didn't fix anything, i fact the issue was worse; and couldn't get a hold of them for anything. Ended up it was a CPO car (they didn't tell me that, trying to sell me on their own plan i guess) , so Lincoln was able to fixed it for another deductible. Have had the car 6 months now, been in the shop 3 times, and i replaced the battery, Dover did agree to pay that. But but true disappointment, is I found out the car had been in a previous accident, that they never told me about, wasn't on the carfax they showed me, and now the vehicle is worth way less as a trade or sale than i thought. I feel like they just flip used cars and put the min effort into them, maybe the car more about Hondas, but i wouldn't buy a used car from them, without getting your own carfax or taking it to a private mechanic. Almost 4 hours for tires I’ll start with the good and work to the multiple issues I had with my most recent visit to Dover Honda. I am no stranger to this dealership seeing my I’ll start with the good and work to the multiple issues I had with my most recent visit to Dover Honda. I am no stranger to this dealership seeing my family has purchased three separate vehicles from here in the last 2 years. If you are going in for an oil change/tire rotation, you will be treated to a wonderful experience that will surprise you at how quickly and efficient they are. However, the was a TSB for my cars tires and needed to have them replaced under warranty for safety issues. I called on 1/28/19 asking about the TSB which Anthony could not find. He called back within 30 seconds stating there was. I made an appointment to have it looked at for the following Saturday. I was under the impression that the TSB was to be done then seeing I was quoted an hour for the service. I arrived at my appointment time and checked in. A half hour later, I was told that they didn’t have the tires in stock ( good customer service would have been to order them when I made the appointment) and I had to schedule another appointment to have them replaced. I did so for the following Saturday. I arrived for my second appointment on time and found a line. Kenny looked around me and asked the guy behind me if he could help him. I spoke up and asked if I was to be waited on. I explained the situation, gave my FOB, and proceeded to wait; and wait I did. Almost four hours later, I finally had my fob back in my hands. When I inquired multiple times to why it takes them almost four hours to do four tires, I was met with excuses instead of apologies. In a past life, I did the same work the technician did and never did it take me 4 hours to mount and balance four tires regardless of sidewall thickness or tire ratios. Never once was I extended any compensation for my time which would have shown myself they cared about my time almost as much as I do. At this point, I have come to the conclusion that I will continue to utilize Dover Honda for their efficient oil changes and nothing else. Also, when I decide to purchase another vehicle, I may decide to try another dealership that values my time almost as much as I do. More

The best experience I’ve had in a dealership in my years! The staff was extremely helpful with being too pushy and listened to our requests. Excellent service, great communication I brought my car in for registration and an oil change and when I got there I was offered 60k mile service. It was timely and the gentleman I spoke wi I brought my car in for registration and an oil change and when I got there I was offered 60k mile service. It was timely and the gentleman I spoke with was informative and kept me abreast of what they were doing to my car and when I could expect it to be done. Reasonable price and excellent service.
