I experienced the most embarrassing and disrespectful customer service o loop experience this afternoon. After nearly 15 years of doing business with Dover Honda I have had one of the most embarrassin customer service o loop experience this afternoon. After nearly 15 years of doing business with Dover Honda I have had one of the most embarrassing experiences at the Dover, NH Honda service center. As I prepared to leave with my car I proceeded to pay for the work rendered. St that moment I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I asked the nice lady at the register if I could call her with my debit card information. All my personal information was in the system and that they should know I live just down the street. She politely agreed and provided me with her direct line. As I proceeded to leave the service Manager stopped me and told me that he could not allow me to leave the property without payment in full, using the analogy of you can’t go to Best Buy and leave with their merchandise without payment by just walking out. Basically, in front of other customers and fellow employees he called me a thief!! Extremely embarrassing!!! He made no initial attempts to help. As service manager you should helping customers not policing them! Fortunately, my wife was able to drive over with my wallet. More

Excellent service I am extremely happy with everyone at Dover Honda. Paula Redden contacted me because I showed interest in possibly purchasing a 2019 Honda CR-V. Paula I am extremely happy with everyone at Dover Honda. Paula Redden contacted me because I showed interest in possibly purchasing a 2019 Honda CR-V. Paula was outstanding knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Karen Campbell who was also outstanding and because of these people I decided to purchase this car unsceen due to the coronavirus. We were able to make the deal within the same day and also the finance person was outstanding and did a great job putting the paper work together. Karen Campbell was willing to bring the car to Conway NH where I live because of difficulties of me going to Dover. All paperwork was ready for me to sign and done properly. A+ for the whole crew. I also received a welcome from Eric Swindell and Service Mike Segien. This is my 2nd Honda CR-V I have bought from Dover Honda and I would recommend friends/Family to see them if they are looking for a car. Thanks for your great service. I truly love the car and look forward to many years of driving it. More

Cody and Eric are the best!! Completely disregard that I got the best price on my new 2020 Pilot at Dover Honda. They did give me the price I was quoted online for the exact car I wanted in the color I chose and added the roof crossbars we needed for our ski rack. We leased the car on the Saturday before President's Day and when we picked it up that week, everything was DONE. They handled the registration, talked to the Insurance Company and coordinated with Parts & Service to get the bars installed before we picked it up. We drove just under an hour from Andover, MA because someone we knew in Dover recommended them and we're very happy we did! Eric made everyone feel like family and Cody was a true professional who knew the answer to everything we asked about the car. He even picked us up at the Train Station when he delivered the car. Thank you to everyone there for making this truly the easiest car purchase I've ever had! More

Happy Honda Customer I have had great experiences with the Honda Service Department and have been toying with the idea of trading my older Honda Civic for a new one. Paul I have had great experiences with the Honda Service Department and have been toying with the idea of trading my older Honda Civic for a new one. Paula noticed me checking out cars in the showroom and asked if she could answer any questions or help in any way. The rest is history. She introduced me to Rick Stern, who in turn took me out for a test drive, answered lots of questions, and found me the exact car that I wanted to buy. It took a few days to track the car down and get it delivered, but every time I dealt with anyone from Dover Honda, they were polite and extremely helpful in the process. Paula checked in with me each time I was there as well to make sure the process was moving smoothly. I got lots of information from Rick Stern and felt very comfortable driving off the lot with my new vehicle after his tutelage in the workings of the car. Working with Ryan Gendron in the finance department was a good experience as well. I will be sure to return for all the servicing for this car and to purchase my next one at Dover Honda. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all of you who worked with me on this purchase. More

Horrible Dishonest Service I had two recent experiences that convinced me never to work with this dealership again. The first was early this year (2019) when I had new tires put I had two recent experiences that convinced me never to work with this dealership again. The first was early this year (2019) when I had new tires put on my 2013 Civic. I negotiated with the dealer for a reasonable price and had the installation done. Two month later one of my tires began to leak regularly. I return to the service station and asked them to investigate. They claimed have done an inspection and that there was no issue. They put air in the tire, and I was on my way. A few days later I was again struck with the same low pressure in the tire. They inspected again and this time determined that the tire was not properly installed, and the leak was due to this issue. They fixed the issue and then proceeded to charge me for the fix, even though they were responsible for the faulty install. They were not willing to stand by their service and were unconvinced to waive the fee even though they were responsible for the original bad installation. The second time I dealt with the service center was to get extended warranty service for a bad original paint job on my 2013 Civic. They were not my first choice, but I needed to go through a Honda dealer, and they are the most convenient location for me. I tried multiple times with multiple calls to the office to get the paperwork done to get the warranty work done. Three weeks later the warranty request still has not been submitted to Honda. The phone rep, Jeannine Belanger, was extremely rude and condescending on the phone with every call. Ken Crawford who took the original pictures never followed through with the process. James McIntyre was rude and dismissive every time I came in the shop to ask for help. Mike Segien couldn't be bothered to return a single call or follow up in any manner. The dealer is fine for a simple oil change, if you come in knowing what you need, but beyond that the team does not want to be bothered with any work that might not be profitable to them. They do shoddy work and inspections. They are very pushy on the upsell of unnecessary flushes and "recommended service" that anyone with a basic knowledge of automobiles knows is garbage. I would not recommend them in any fashion. More
