This is my 5th Vehicle that I have gotten from Ford Spring Hill, I came from Largo to buy a Truck from you. I can't think of a better Dealership then this one. Service personal not very helpful. Had an appointment to have service to correct a warning on my 2014 F250 Super Duty. Flammer Ford pushed it out 10 days??. I was able to get my Truck serviced @ Elder Ford have service to correct a warning on my 2014 F250 Super Duty. Flammer Ford pushed it out 10 days??. I was able to get my Truck serviced @ Elder Ford that same afternoon without a prior appointment. I ultimately purchased a new F250 Super Duty from Elder Ford. Service is 20 miles further to travel but at least they know how to service my truck More

my vehicle was dropped off there for 3 months, finally diagnosed as wire harness. Less than 1 month later it was back again with the same problem, again there for a while before telling me the PCM I just diagnosed as wire harness. Less than 1 month later it was back again with the same problem, again there for a while before telling me the PCM I just had replaced by another shop was bad and I had to replace it again. 3 days later it was back for the 3rd time with the same unresolved issue, got a VM that the truck is running fine and "there's nothing else we can do". They have been "attempting" to fix the same ongoing problem since the beginning of October, 4 months later and $2600 later the problem is still unresolved and I'm expected to pick up a vehicle just to bring it back as I have done twice before. Nobody other than the service writer has reached out to me or discussed the issue, I have also tried speaking with the service manager and GM and got nowhere, they were both extremely defensive and all they seem to care about is their reviews, I'm sure they are both aware that the vehicle is there a third time for the same issue. I provided a very detailed list as to all the repairs that have been done since I purchased the vehicle and nobody has paid any attention it it. More

They were very honest in every area. My wife and I bought a pre-owned Ford Escape 2009 in 2013. Two of our neighbors told us to use Flammer Ford in Spring Hill for any/all servicing need My wife and I bought a pre-owned Ford Escape 2009 in 2013. Two of our neighbors told us to use Flammer Ford in Spring Hill for any/all servicing needs. We did as they suggested and found every employee we encountered to be eager to help us...get the job done in a professional manner. When it came time for us to consider buying a new car we asked one of the service department employees, Mike Stults, if he could point out someone in the sales department who would treat us with the same level of honesty that he had done. He grinned and told us that Mr. Flammer did not tolerate any dishonest people working for him...but he pointed us to Nate Whitfield who laid out the basics of trading our car in for a new one. But, as my wife has a back problem, we told Mr. Whitfield that, as soon as our finances were properly lined up we would return to talk with him...and the first thing would be checking out the seating to make sure the drivers seat of the Escape would be acceptable to my wife's back. It was...thank goodness. Our second trip to the sales office was made with Mark Hudson who, taking his time to explain every detail, worked out a deal that was well within our range of affordability. Both my wife and myself feel like everyone we had contact with was honest in every respect. We weren't pushed, pressured or scammed in any regard. So, YES, we would readily recommend Flammer Ford of Spring Hill to anyone seeking a car. Five stars are not enough stars to tell you just how much we respect the place. Took excellent care of not only me but also my car !! Brought my 2010 Mercury Milan into Flammer Ford for repair, Mike Stults took very good care of me on a very busy day, he got my car in ASAP within an Brought my 2010 Mercury Milan into Flammer Ford for repair, Mike Stults took very good care of me on a very busy day, he got my car in ASAP within an hour he had called me to let me know what was wrong with it and got it back on the road the next day.
