Mike was such a good person to work with. He was friendly, fair and HONEST - which is hard to come by. His personal touch and honesty made me feel more comfortable with my decision making. He offered a pen and piece of paper to me during our discussion with a manager. I could immediately tell that he was frowned upon for doing so, but I honestly really liked the gesture. Mike might not be a cookie cutter perfect salesman according to some people's opinions, but to me - I appreciated that he took the time to LISTEN and that he tried to genuinely help. Ira dedicated a lot of hard work to make things happen on the financial end. He explained everything to me and answered questions in a polite manner, without showing negative emotions on his face or in his voice. I definitely appreciated having someone there who did not "talk down" to me in a way of - you should know this because I know this from doing it every single day. He fully explained how it would all work each time a thought or question came to mind. These 2 individuals made my experience a good one. Thank you Lugoff Toyota for the overall good experience. Drove 40 minutes to purchase a van at listed price.
