I found the 2018 Taurus SEL in my search at the Arlington Heights Ford dealership. I came to the dealership on a Monday to make sure the vehicle was on the lot for sale. As I was looking at the vehicle I was approached by your sales associate Jesus Sanchez. He was very patient with my daughter & I to answer all of our questions. He did not pressure use or say that "many customers are looking at this vehicle" since we needed to arrange a time so my spouse could look at the vehicle. He accomandated us every step of the way. All in all it was a very good experience. More
