Excellent Customer Service My husband and I stopped by Quality Subaru just to look around. We never owned a Subaru before. This was 3 years ago. Mike Mazek was our first contact My husband and I stopped by Quality Subaru just to look around. We never owned a Subaru before. This was 3 years ago. Mike Mazek was our first contact. He showed us around and we test drove and bought a used Forester. Needless to say, 3 years later we were looking to buy a new Forester and returned to see Mike because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Mike showed us around, took us for a test drive and answered any and all questions with the same very friendly and comfortable manner. (He is such a pleasure to work with and there is never any pressure). Together with the additional staff of Mike Ward and Ed Chen we closed a deal, traded in our Forester and drove home in our new Forester the same day. They took care of everything. Quality Subaru makes purchasing a vehicle a very positive and pain free experience and I would recommend them to anyone. More

Used Car Purchase I just purchased a Used Subaru Forester at Quality Subaru. Unbelievable! I wish I had more than 5 stars to choose from. Chris Carey was the epitome of professionalism. From the start he made me feel at ease. My car decide I wish I had more than 5 stars to choose from. Chris Carey was the epitome of professionalism. From the start he made me feel at ease. My car decided to stop working and at the most inopportune time, one month after I had just purchased my first home. Chris knew my concerns and worked his magic to get me in the car I said I would always purchase when the time was right. He was able to fit me in a car he had on the lot. It was everything I wanted including the color. Along with the manager, Mike Ward, I was able to drive away in a 2018 Subaru Forester, in what I like to call St. Jude green and still be able to sleep at night knowing I had purchased a great care for a great deal. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru is first, go to Quality Subaru in Wallingford and second, make sure Chris Carey is the one that puts you in the driver's seat. I did and I have enjoyed the ride ever since. More

Nick deserves extra xxxxxxfor helping me despite the fact that I came in (unavoidably) with a hyperactive 2 year old. He provided some toy cars and some healthy snacks and were very tolerant of the extra time this caused the deal to take. I could not recommend a car dealer more highly and I have bought cars from 5 other dealers in my life. Nick and his team are the best! More
