My wife and I can't say enough about this dealership! We were looking for a truck and happen to find a particular truck online so we made the hour plus trip from Gorham Maine to check it out in person. Our salesman Mike was very professional and not pushy like some and made the deal happen. Fast forward to the most important part, after having the truck for less than a week we got a pretty good rain storm and happen to find a leak from the 3rd brake light (common). I made a phone call and spoke to Ben in service explaining what the issue was, He then transferred me to Service manager and spoke with Mike. He made an appointment for the very next day, offered a loaner !!! I also mentioned a tire problem that should've been discussed more at the time of sale but once again Ben rocked it and gave me a VERY good deal on a new set. My truck has been in multiple times to get the air conditioner fixed. The last time I picked it up the air conditioner barely made a change in temperature while on high. The paperwork given to me stat conditioner fixed. The last time I picked it up the air conditioner barely made a change in temperature while on high. The paperwork given to me states the ambient air was 70 degrees and after the compressor was changed the air conditioner was blowing at 50 degrees. I purchased my own probe that is made to test the temperature of vehicle air conditioners and the ambient air was 64 degrees and the air conditioner on high only dropped the temperature to 60 degrees. There is something still wrong with air conditioner and it’s debatable whether the system was actually tested after the compressor change. It wasn’t working well when I picked it up that very day. But I left in frustration. I’m considering taking all of my business to another dealership over this. More

Pd $6700 for brand new transmission. Had to wait a week to get a rental car. Car finished, got in it and started it up. Huge muffler leak that NOBODY mention.
