This is now my second time purchasing a vehicle from Hilltop Chevrolet, and it’s the customer service that they provide that keeps me coming back. They took the time to get me in a vehicle that made the Hilltop Chevrolet, and it’s the customer service that they provide that keeps me coming back. They took the time to get me in a vehicle that made the most sense for my family and I am very grateful for that. I don't believe that there is any dealership around that provides this level of customer service and I this is a dealership I would highly recommend. More

The salesman sent me on a test drive alone never did a walk around of feature s never opened the hood said a coworker traded the truck in but wasn't there to ask him questions he and his slick gm .sent walk around of feature s never opened the hood said a coworker traded the truck in but wasn't there to ask him questions he and his slick gm .sent me home on dealer plate next day rushed into finance should have listened to my instincts but really liked the truck when I was done a half assed recon was done on the truck .it was raining I left and a few days passed I noticed the truck wasn't level I went to service dept they measured each side said there was nothing wrong with the air ride system and I must have stopped it mid cycle never got in tried etc sent me on my way. It continues to be sluggish and occasionally leans down on driver's side front..I was sold a complete bumper to bumper warranty still no contact or paperwork from company only a card with options on it every time I take it to the car wash more and more spots show up I took it to service dept and was again no interest shown clearly a your problem attitude. Tech actually said it pine pitch and pointed out a small dent on the hood stating it was from an acorn and this has nothing to do with them..I asked what about the warranty I bought and I took delivery in the rain can they try to buff it he replied ya we offer a platinum recon for 299 ... are you kidding. I left at no point did anyone show concern understanding or like my business mattered it was too bad so sad. I left went to another.business who confirmed it was tree sap and stated wax was heavily applied to cover this up and that's why you see more and more each time.there are 100s of spots looks like a dalmatian. I paid a lot of money and feel a con was played to get rid of this truck very poor customer service and shady.Also I brought up the employee that supposedly traded it NO ONE knew him and he's never there. Regardless ..now I have to pay to repaint the hood of this truck so there's your rating this dealer is horrible sneaky liars and did I mention my 2 visits I contacted my salesman who blew me off sent the call to service and ignored me when he saw me there....never again enjoy my money More

Terrible. Didn't address the noise or radio issue unless I agreed to pay $190 for the Diagnostic test that might have been included in the recall. Both the noise and radio are still an issue even though I bought the 100,000 mile extended warranty. I bought three trucks there; one had to be returned within a week since you couldn't figure out the issue. I won't be back. More
