Could have been better. They forgot to complete one of the issues that I brought my vehicle in for and on the 2nd trip to pick it up I had to wait over half an hour to find They forgot to complete one of the issues that I brought my vehicle in for and on the 2nd trip to pick it up I had to wait over half an hour to find someone to confirm that I had already paid for it. I have always had a professional and very knowledgeable encounter with Kyle in the sales department as well as Mike Martin my salesman. I can not say the same for the service department. They are rude, unp encounter with Kyle in the sales department as well as Mike Martin my salesman. I can not say the same for the service department. They are rude, unprofessional, and quick to get you off the phone when you have questions. I will always buy my cars from Hilltop Chevrolet but I can not say I would do my maintenance there. Maybe the sales department should give some tips to the service department on how to treat customers. More

I was there for a recall on an air bag replacement, they took the truck right in and they called when it was ready to pick up, at least a half hour before they said it would be ready.They were courteous and took the truck right in and they called when it was ready to pick up, at least a half hour before they said it would be ready.They were courteous and explained what had been done and answered all my questions.
