Technician heard the grinding metallic sound I'm getting from the rear of the truck however after replacing the U-joints the sound is still there. You told me to drop it off and they would dig into it and f from the rear of the truck however after replacing the U-joints the sound is still there. You told me to drop it off and they would dig into it and figure it out. 4 days after not hearing anything I decided to stop in and see what was going on. My truck was not in the shop it was sitting out in the parking lot where I left it for them. They lied multiple times and never did bother to look into what was causing the metallic grinding sound. Very sad after spending $50,000 out there dealership and spending another $8,000 on the 3-year extended warranty which I thought they would honor. Completely incompetent. Do not trust! More

My 2023 Bolt was brought into Hilltop because the trunk would not latch. I asked how long it would take to correct it, was told it would depend upon what they found, and I would be kept aware of any probl would not latch. Our extended family has been buying vehicles through Hilltop for many years now. We are extremely happy with Bob and the service department. Our vehicles are serviced at Hilltop when needed.
