Technician heard the grinding metallic sound I'm getting from the rear of the truck however after replacing the U-joints the sound is still there. You told me to drop it off and they would dig into it and f from the rear of the truck however after replacing the U-joints the sound is still there. You told me to drop it off and they would dig into it and figure it out. 4 days after not hearing anything I decided to stop in and see what was going on. My truck was not in the shop it was sitting out in the parking lot where I left it for them. They lied multiple times and never did bother to look into what was causing the metallic grinding sound. Very sad after spending $50,000 out there dealership and spending another $8,000 on the 3-year extended warranty which I thought they would honor. Completely incompetent. Do not trust! More

My 2023 Bolt was brought into Hilltop because the trunk would not latch. I asked how long it would take to correct it, was told it would depend upon what they found, and I would be kept aware of any probl would not latch.
