Do it the right way. I took my car in for two new front tires after one was damaged by a road hazard. I later attempted to remove my wheels to clean them and I could not I took my car in for two new front tires after one was damaged by a road hazard. I later attempted to remove my wheels to clean them and I could not get the lugs off. I borrowed a large torque wrench to remove the lugs and it took over 250 foot pounds of force to remove them. They are supposed to be tightened to about 90 foot pounds with a torque wrench. These were clearly tightened with the full force of an impact gun. The manager responded to my email and apologized. He also stated the the tech had been counselled on the proper procedure. That is all I can ask. More
