Complete satisfied with Mikell and Toyota fast service. Tundra purchased from Santa Cruz Toyota tin 2002and now has 97,000 miles on it and all service thru SC Toyota. Must be doing something right. Was at first denied my 1 yr oil change under Toyota Care due to low mileage. Finally got approval from a manager. Oil must be changed every year according to Toyota. Could have done better. Bought car in November have warranty and yet nothing could be done even though car started having issues a couple weeks after purchase.
