The day you reached out to the dealership, Blayne wasn't in the office. He did reach out to you on the next business date and was able to reimburse you for the lug nut key that you purchased to replace the missing one in the vehicle. That key is a part of the Certified Pre-owned inspection and we are looking into why it was missed in our process, as we are always looking to get better at what we do and how we do it.
