Purchased a pre-owned car from DCH Academy this weekend and though it was a long day at the dealership, we were able to drive home with a car at an agreeable price the same day. John B was kind and helpful and though it was a long day at the dealership, we were able to drive home with a car at an agreeable price the same day. John B was kind and helpful as our salesperson, got all questions answered and was available for any follow up questions afterward. He and Mina S assisted us with getting the price in a range that we were comfortable with at the end of the negotiations. They even provided us with a slice of pizza while we waited as we were there all afternoon. Did not feel uncomfortably pressured at any point outside of typical sales expectations and felt respected by the team. They also had only recently gotten the car and were able to get it to the front of their service queue to be certified same day. Had an issue with a sensor while driving it home but upon bringing it back the next day, it was fixed quickly at no charge. Overall good experience! More
