Larry called me to let me know they were working on my truck and informed me of some recalls that were due and that they were take care of those while they had my truck. Then he called me again to let me know what discrepancies they had found that needed attention. I liked that he stayed in contact with me the whole time they had my truck and let me know as soon as I could pick it up. They were even willing to work with me on the pick up because I was unable to come back that day due to personal reasons. "No problem" he said, "I'll see you tomorrow and we'll take care of it then."
