Contact who? Have already spoke with the service manager regarding this issue and was told that the techs performed correct tests and that a refund for the hour labor would not be refunded. As the complaint states, we have taken the issue up with BBB and Discover. If you need more information, feel free to respond to our BBB complaint and Discover's inquiry.
